ncovering Hidden Assets (What Could We Do?)

Identify and chart assets related to framing question (social/capital/skills/knowledge or ties/treasure/time/talent)

Leverage assets to create new opportunities for alignment; chart 3-5 opportunities with short descriptions

Linking and Leveraging (What Should We Do?)

Revisit opportunities; identify “Big Easy”-- the opportunity with greatest ease of implementation combined with highest impact

Create small pathfinder project built from the identified Big Easy that engages everyone around the table

Create success metrics for pathfinder project
